About Monica
Monica has been teaching mediation classes for over three years. Moon Reach came about after Monica turned to meditation to
help her to cope with her life. Monica noticed that everything in her life changed for the better once she began to listen
to her inner voice.
Life is full of suffering but it is how you cope with your challenges that makes all the difference. Meditation is the key
to finding your inner voice and inner peace. Monica like to think of herself as a Master Motivator as she knows that by
attending a Moon Reach meditation class, you will be motivated to make your life the best that it can be.
Monica has recently created a course called Be Joyful and a meditation CD called Be Joyful – The 9 steps to living with joy.
Moon Reach and Be Joyful proudly supports World Society for the Protection of Animals (WSPA) with 10% of income going to this organisation. Moon Reach also sponsors a World Vision child.
